Forget dry theory and confusing technical terms: in this course you find out, calmly and step by step, how artificial intelligence works and how to use it in practice – for drafting texts, gathering ideas, even planning outings and trips.
With plenty of examples, plenty of time for questions and real lightbulb moments. And with the confidence to carry on by yourself afterwards.

What you will learn
- How AI “thinks” – explained simply, without jargon.
- Which free tools you can try out straight away.
- How AI supports you: with writing, as a source of ideas, a translator, a health and exercise companion, for computer questions or for planning a room or garden.
- How well-phrased questions get the best out of AI.
What to bring
- Your laptop, tablet or smartphone.
- Basic experience with your device (using the internet, reading emails).
- No prior knowledge of AI required.
