AI is changing office work fast. Many tasks are much quicker today – once you know how to use AI sensibly and safely. In this course you work with tools such as ChatGPT from the very first minute: drafting emails, summarising PDFs, researching and building analyses.
You also get a clear overview of the legal basics, so you know which data belongs in an AI tool and which does not. You leave not just with ideas, but with things you can use on your next working day.
What you will learn
- How artificial intelligence works – explained simply and clearly.
- Hands-on examples for the office: drafting emails, summarising PDFs, researching, creating images.
- How to phrase your requests so that the AI delivers genuinely usable results.
- The legal basics you should know: the EU AI Act, the GDPR and copyright.
- Which AI tools currently make the biggest difference in day-to-day office work.
What to bring
- Your own device (laptop, tablet or smartphone) to practise on – for online dates, a device with internet access.
- No prior knowledge required.
