In this course you make the leap: instead of typing new instructions for every task, you build a personal AI setup that knows your templates, has your data at hand and handles recurring work reliably.
We also look at what can go wrong: the risks that come with connectors and agents, and how to protect yourself.
What you will learn
- Office documents at the push of a button: Word reports, Excel analyses and presentations in professional quality, even in your own corporate templates.
- Your own AI instructions: define once what a result should look like – from then on the AI delivers it that way every time.
- Connectors: how linking AI to your own systems and data is what really makes it powerful.
- Context engineering: provide your knowledge once instead of retyping it in every chat.
- Understanding AI agents – and judging when they are worth it for you.
- The new risks: prompt injection, agents with too many permissions, runaway costs.
What to bring
- You already use AI in your daily work.
- Your own device (laptop or tablet).
- Access to an AI tool; a paid ChatGPT or Claude plan is recommended so you can follow every exercise.
