Is your storage filling up with pictures you do not need? Do you often fail to find a photo again? Photos are precious memories – which is exactly why they should be backed up reliably and stored clearly.
In three hours we set up Google Photos on your device together, back up your pictures and bring order to your collection. Afterwards you know where your photos are, how to find them and how to make something lovely out of them.
What you will learn
- Understanding photos: where pictures are actually stored (camera, WhatsApp and so on).
- Setting up Google Photos: checking your account, switching on backup, using the benefits.
- Backup and security: how cloud backup works and what happens when you get a new phone.
- Organising and sharing: searching, creating albums, deleting and restoring, making collages and short films.
- Transferring photos: saving pictures on your PC via Google Photos or a USB cable.
What to bring
- A charged Android smartphone (not an iPhone).
- You are comfortable with the basic operation of your device.
