Key points at a glance

  • No tracking cookies: this website uses no cookies or comparable technologies for advertising or tracking purposes, which is why there is no cookie banner.
  • Self-hosted, cookie-free analytics: we measure reach with Plausible Analytics, operated on our own server in Germany. No personal data is stored and no data is transferred to third parties; IP addresses are not stored.
  • Hosting in Germany: the website runs on a server operated by us at IONOS SE in a German data centre. Server log files (e.g. IP address, time of access) are processed solely to keep the site secure and operational and are deleted within 14 days at the latest.
  • No payment providers: payment for our services and seminars is by invoice and bank transfer only. No external payment services (such as PayPal or Stripe) are involved. Invoices are retained for the statutory eight-year period.
  • No third-party content: all resources – including fonts and analytics – are loaded from our own server.
  • Contact, registration and withdrawal forms: the details you submit are used solely to handle your enquiry, seat request, booking or contract withdrawal. Seminar registration requests via the request form are non-binding; a contract is only formed once we confirm your registration by email.
  • Your rights: you have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection, and the right to withdraw consent at any time. You may also lodge a complaint with your data protection authority. To exercise your rights, email datenschutz@valbit.de.
