- Safely give agents access to tools (email, calendar, files) – with exactly the permissions they need, and no more.
- Use agents responsibly: recognise risks, manage approvals, and respect data protection and the labelling obligations of the EU AI Act.
Requirements
- You already use AI (e.g. ChatGPT) in your day-to-day work – this is not a beginners' course.
- Your own laptop (Windows); we provide all required accounts, set up and ready to go.
- Curiosity and the ambition to take charge of a whole team of agents yourself.

Wolfgang Duttlinger is Managing Director of ValBit GmbH and makes artificial intelligence tangible for companies, public administrations and teams – hands-on, easy to understand and with a clear focus on safe use. Before founding ValBit, he was responsible for an entire IT landscape as Head of IT at senior management level and spent seven years at one of the world's leading pharmaceutical companies, most recently as Lead Business Analyst focusing on data protection and information security.
