General Terms and Conditions

Our general terms and conditions (Allgemeine Geschäftsbedingungen, AGB) are available in German: AGB (German). The German version is the authoritative and legally binding version.

Worth knowing for seminar bookings

• Registering for a public seminar date via the request form on this website is a non-binding request. A contract is only formed once ValBit GmbH confirms the registration in text form (e.g. by email) – see clause 2.
• Public seminar bookings can be cancelled free of charge up to and including 14 calendar days before the event. For cancellations 13 to 8 calendar days before the event, 50 % of the participation fee is due; from 7 calendar days before the event or in the event of no-show, 100 % (clause 10). A suitable substitute participant can be named free of charge up until the event begins. Statutory withdrawal rights of consumers remain unaffected – see the withdrawal policy.
• Invoices are payable within 14 calendar days of receipt (clause 4.5).
• Participants can request a certificate of attendance for up to three years after completing a training (clause 12.3).
